Help to open medication packaging and remind you to take your medication on time.

We can help people with memory problems to complete basic living tasks and to live well. This might include reminding them to take medication, eat and drink etc.

Our trained staff are happy to help you make a meal or to cook for you. We will also do the washing up and tidy your kitchen for you, so all you need to do is enjoy your food.

We use a system called OnePlan to log in and out when we visit. This allows family to have access to our records and see in real time when the carer has arrived, left and anything else that happened on that call.

We can support a person for the day while their main carer or family are away from home.

Help from a trained carer through the night. We can help our customers get into bed, remain in their home while they are resting and be there to help if they need us during the night.

Help going out into the community to attend hospital appointments, go shopping or simply go for a coffee and have some time out of the home.

Help with cleaning your home, doing the laundry, tidying cupboards and generally helping in the home.

We can call to see a customer while they are on holiday in the area or we can call on someone that lives in the area while their family are away. We can help with any issues that might arise.
